1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter, the «Terms») govern access to and use of the website ascentlv.com (hereinafter, the «Site»), owned by Ascentlv S.R.L., Tax ID (NIT) 1023456789, with registered address at Av. 6 de Agosto No. 2170, 8th Floor, Sopocachi, La Paz, Bolivia.
2. Acceptance
Access to and use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the user. If the user does not agree with any of these Terms, the user must refrain from using the Site.

In particular, Ascentlv does not provide financial services, does not raise or manage funds from the public, does not carry out financial intermediation and does not offer personalised investment, legal or tax advice.
